Integra Lending’s Lot Loan programs provide outstanding financing options and the ability to convert your loan into a highly cost-effective single-close construction loan when you’re ready to build.
Most of our Lot Loans are amortized for 30 years, which offer the lowest possible monthly payment, as well as the rate security against rising interest rates. Put down as little as 5% on “Fully Documented” loans, or 20% on “No Income Verification” products. We’re confident you won’t find a lower rate!

Loans are amortized for 30 years and have a 3 year balloon feature. Program is available for owner occupied, 2nd homes, and rental properties. Maximum of 10 acres allowed. No mortgage/rental lates allowed in previous 24 months. No history of bankruptcy allowed. Maximum seller credit towards closing costs of 2% with 20% or more down payment. Down payments of less than 20% do not allow for seller credits for closing costs. Lots need to be located in an improved subdivision with roads and utilities complete, or must have a Performance Bond in an amount sufficient to complete incomplete improvements. No Prepayment Penalty. Refinances allowed (no cash to borrower allowed).
